2. Pricing Policy

Our company usually prices services based on the client requirement. To gather the requirements we do our initial discovery call where we determine the requirement and price accordingly.

3. Refund Policy

At Scaling Socials, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Once a service has been purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We encourage clients to review our offerings carefully before proceeding with any transaction. For any concerns, our support team is always here to assist you.

4. Rights

Scaling Socials reserves the right to change or alter any part of the website, with or without notice, both temporarily and permanently. We always work to maintain the website at all times, however, it is subject to change.

5. Other Websites

This website may also include links to other websites or applications. These links are provided for the user’s convenience to give further information. They do not signify that Scaling Socials agree or endorse them and are not liable for their content.

6. Pricing

Payments between Scaling Socials and the users are handled by Stripe, Inc. and PayPal. All prices for Scaling Socials services are correct at the time of writing and are subject to change at any time before an agreement is made; once an agreement is made between Scaling Socials and a user the price is fixed unless stated. All prices are exclusive of tax. The user has the right to cancel a subscription at any time.

Although we try to ensure all prices are correct at all times, there may be an occasion when something is priced incorrectly; we will verify the cost at the point of payment. If you cancel your membership, you will not receive a refund but will be able to access all features until the month expires. There is no obligation to continue your membership. You have the right to cancel at any time.

Consultation calls will be paid for in advance; if no payment is received before the indicated time slot the consultation will not go ahead. Scaling Socials have the right to cancel consultation calls without notice. If this happens due to a scheduling error on Scaling Socials’ part then the cost of the call will be refunded to the user. If the user misses their scheduled time slot they will not be able to rebook for free. If you are running late you must let the member of Scaling Socials hosting the call know as soon as possible. If there is a ‘no show’ the appointment will be cancelled after 50% of the time has elapsed, and no refund shall be given.
